1. Acceptance

By using gifteba.com (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Free use

All 8 tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. No account or signup required. We reserve the right to introduce a Pro tier with additional features in the future, but the free tier will remain.

3. Content ownership

You own all content you upload, create, or generate using gifteba tools. We claim zero rights to your files, text, or AI-generated outputs. Use them however you want, commercially or otherwise.

4. Fair use policy

Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping, no DDoS attempts, no uploading malicious files. We may block IPs that violate fair use without notice.

5. Prohibited uses

Don't use gifteba for: illegal content, content that violates third-party rights, spam, malware distribution, harassment, or anything that would give us legal trouble. We may terminate access for violations.

6. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We try to keep things working but can't guarantee 100% uptime or perfect AI accuracy. AI tools may produce occasional errors — always review outputs.

7. Limitation of liability

We're not liable for any damages from use of the service. You use it at your own risk. Maximum liability is limited to whatever you paid us, which is $0 for free users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
